Almost two weeks ago, I began looking online for a new vehicle. I looked at multiple dealerships for a new Equinox- specifically a 2024 sterling gray Equinox LT. El Dorado Chevrolet in McKinney was the only dealership that had exactly what I was looking for. I called the dealership on that Saturday morning, verified with Jason they still had at least one on the lot, and they put me on the schedule that afternoon at 1pm with Jim Aldridge. When I got to the dealership, I met with Jim. He was absolutely amazing. He had the car waiting for me to look at. After looking at the car, we went back to talk numbers. I explained my situation and what I felt comfortable with payment wise, and he made it happen. He was very knowledgeable and explained all of my options to me. He was extremely patient and answered every question I had (which was a lot). By the time I was signing my paperwork, I was 100% comfortable with every decision I made and it was all thanks to Jim.
