Exelente They attended to me quickly even though I didn't have an appointment and gave me excellent service, and best of all, they served me in my language, Spanish.
My experience was less than satisfactory beginning with attempting to make an appointment which took several phone calls and followed by them not being able to locate my name as I have been a previous customer. Only to follow this up with poor communication on getting my car services completed. They actually lost my phone number and name and didn't know who the car belonged to.

I had a Tuesday morning appointment for oil change/tire rotation. However, I brought my vehicle on Monday mid-day because my battery had died and I was anxious to get the vehicle in the dealership's hands so they could start the additional repairs. I was pleasantly surprised when Sean called me Monday afternoon to tell me my vehicle was ready for pickup.
Ahmed was working with me over the phone. I sent him details about the other dealership rates and they beat the competition hands down. I was so under on my trade, El dorado set me up for future success.

I dont think I could found a truck in that condition at that price anywhere else.

They diagnosed the problem and repaired car. Invoice loved an extended warranty that took some time to approve, but eventually was covered.

Had an appointment. Dropped it off. 4 hours later I was told the customers that don’t drop off get priority. If I would have know that I wouldn’t have made an appointment. Told them when I dropped off check the tires. When I went to get 4 hours later they hadn’t checked. Was told I wouldn’t be able to pick up until the next day. 10/10 don’t recommend this place. They don’t listen or care about the customers they are taking care of.
