I worked with Solomon Kim, originally with the Costco auto program, but worked a better deal through their regular dealer discounts. Took about a week or so negotiating with other dealers and came to an agreement with El Dorado without having to deal with the sales manager. Solomon is a friendly and straightforward dude.

We are pleased with our new 2026 Chevrolet Traverse Z71. Justin and Johan were easy to work with and made the buying experience pleasant. The finance guy Byron could use a little more training, we had to tell him the current promotional interest rates and he did not seem well versed on the extended warranties. Overall our experience was good! .
