Originally leased a truck in 2023. Apparently GM doesn’t allow you to get out of the lease if you are trying to get another brand. Never told that by sales team. Ended up having to buyout the lease. Found out they screwed me when I originally leased it by the tune of $10k+. Of course when I did the buyout they just had to screw me again which put me almost $20k in negative equity. I WAS a good customer, probably would have purchased my next vehicle with them and always used their service for needed services. Not any more. They are the stereotypical car salespeople that try to grab every last cent from you with questionable tactics.
They went above a beyond helping us . Mr. Session was very patient with us and met our needs. Explained everything on our journey of purchasing a vehicle.
Absolutely unacceptable. This was hands down the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Empty promises, blown deadlines, and a complete lack of urgency or respect for my time. I was told the finance process would be quick and easy—then sat there waiting for over an hour. No updates. No apology. Just waiting. Then, to make things worse, the car had a flat tire. Fine, things happen. But I was assured the new tire would be in the next day, put on immediately, and the car delivered. I was told the tire arrived at 9AM—yet somehow I’m still sitting here hours later, with nothing. No delivery, no explanation, just another wasted day. And when I spoke to Carlos to try to get answers? His response wasn’t to help, to expedite, or to make things right. He flat-out said, “I can cancel the deal if you like.” Are you kidding me? That’s your solution? That’s your idea of customer service? This is exactly why people hate dealing with car dealerships. I will never come back here, and I’ll make sure everyone I know hears about this experience.

Great experience working with Corbin. He was not pushy. Answered all of our questions and had a ton of patience.
To start, im a hard person to sale to. When i came in i asked our salesman Aree Beduhi if he was an honest guy…he told me “absolutely”and the man lived up to that. I had a number in mind for the truck i was wanting and he did everything he possibly could…at least from my perspective, to get me to that number. Was not a pushy guy…very easy to deal with. If he is still there when we are looking for our next car, we will be back to see him. He is the reason we bought from Edlorado Chevrolet.
