My sales rep is Matthew Welch. We correspondence several times before I came on location. Matthew took a special interest in my particular needs dependable, comfortable midsize SUV, and after more evaluation, once I came on site, he suggested the equinox which I already had an interest in, but thought it might be out of my price range. Part of the reason I made my purchase at El Dorado instead of several other dealerships in the area that we’re nagging at me, is that first and foremost I noticed that the dealership was closed on Sunday when trying to make an appointment. This did not did not displease me on the contrary, it spoke volumes about the integrity of the ownership willing to close and not only give their employees a break but also willing to miss out on the sales volume potential for that day. Working with Matthew was a pleasure because of his straightforwardness, honesty, and willingness to search out answers in which he was uncertain instead of dreaming an answer up. At the closing table, when Brandon offered me four years, unlimited mileage, bumper-to-bumper coverage to help accommodate for the mileage, I will definitely be incurring, I was to say the least, quite stunned. All in all, this has been the best experiences I have ever had purchasing a vehicle.
