There’s no way I can rate this “service” center the way I would like! I’m a 73 year old veteran, not expecting any favors or special treatment, just treated with respect. When you have a person in a management/decision making position stand up to me and FLAT OUT LIED to me about my truck. There’s way more to my story, but I’m going to leave it right here. (By the way I have him recorded. They actually cost me the rest of my mileage on my extended warranty because of the miss diagnosis. If you actually read these reviews , I would love to talk to someone of higher rank at the dealership.

I went in to get an oil change and tire rotation. From what I can tell, they did a good job. But since the last time I had this same service, they went way up on the charges. Strongly considering not going back.

The porters always do a good job. Filled the washer fluid up and kept my truck parked under cover while it was waiting to be worked on. The texting feature is nice. Not everything needs to be a phone call and I appreciate that.

My car was under warranty but I paid from my pocket for rental car. When I asked them about gmc reimbursement rental car policy they said we don't know and gave me medicar advertising number.
